We were honored to receive 2 Awards at the Frederick County Builders Association Awards Banquet last Wednesday night! The Awards of Excellence (AOE) has become recognized within and outside of our local building community as the annual event that allows members to promote the best of what they have accomplished. Our model home at The Estates at Poplar Ridge won the "Best Single Family Model ($500-$650K)" and the Sales Manager of our Frederick County Communities, Heather McCulloch, took home a Sales Volume Award. Heather has sold the 2nd most volume of new homes in all of Frederick County! Congrats Heather!
