Dan Ryan Builders held their first Realtor Luncheon on June 26, 2009, at the Waterfront Hotel in Morgantown. Over 100 local realtors were in attendance. Door prizes included a Las Vegas vacation, Bahamian cruise, GPS and more. Realtor Gayla Adrian was named winner of a contest for selling the most Dan Ryan homes in 2009. She sold three homes in the Harvest Ridge community, winning a trip to Paris!
