Home Ownership: Our Shared Passion with IHA

Home ownership is the focus of Dan Ryan Builders' activities. We build homes for sale. We build communities to provide lasting value to our customers. We offer additional services to our customers through affiliate organizations to meet specific customer needs in order to enhance their home ownership experience.

We understand these neighborhoods are part of a larger community, which we support through charitable contributions and community involvement. In helping families and individuals realize their dream for homeownership, we contribute to, and often partner with, IHA- Interfaith Housing Alliance.

IHA and Dan Ryan Builders share the same passion in providing quality homes and communities which homeowners, residents, and neighborhoods can be proud of. IHA strengthens communities by providing affordable housing opportunities and supportive services to improve the quality of life and economic stability for seniors, working families and individuals.

In partnership with Dan Ryan Builders, IHA's most recent project is the Rolling Hills Community in Greencastle, PA. Rolling Hills is a diverse established community consisting of single family homes, townhomes, and duplexes.

The Lincoln Model

There are currently 4 homes available which feature the Dan Ryan Builders’ Lincoln plan- a 1,606 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. These Energy Star rated homes are move in ready with great amenities!
