Dan Ryan Builders held their first Realtor Luncheon on June 26, 2009, at the Waterfront Hotel in Morgantown. Over 100 local realtors were in attendance. Door prizes included a Las Vegas vacation, Bahamian cruise, GPS and more. Realtor Gayla Adrian was named winner of a contest for selling the most Dan Ryan homes in 2009. She sold three homes in the Harvest Ridge community, winning a trip to Paris!

Dan Ryan Builders Celebrates Their 20th Anniversary
Frederick, MD (March 9, 2010)…Dan Ryan Builders is proud to announce their 20th Anniversary as a privately owned regional homebuilder. The Dan Ryan tradition of building well-crafted, affordable homes dates back more than 3 generations to the time when Dan Ryan's grandfather started building homes in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania.
Today, Dan Ryan Builders is one of the top 100 U.S. Homebuilders according to Builder magazine. • Habitat for Humanity. Dan Ryan Builders has donated everything from labor and funds including the property the homes are built on for Habitat for Humanity throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
• Other Outreach. Dan Ryan Builders makes giving back a priority and has built parks, donated to relief efforts like Hurricane Katrina, has been the largest supporter of The Boys and Girls Club in Martinsburg, and has donated an ATV to troops in Iraq, just to name a few.
