Governor Manchin Announces a 3.50% Interest Rate by the West Virginia Housing Development Fund
Lowest Home Mortgage Interest Rate in Fund's History
" Gov. Joe Manchin has announced that the West Virginia Housing Development Fund is offering a new mortgage program for West Virginia families that include a 30-year fixed rate loan at approximately 3.5 percent. The program also includes a zero percent down payment and closing assistance loans."
