Dan Ryan Builders donates land to Habitat for Humanity

Dan Ryan Builders, headquartered in Frederick Maryland, donated a parcel of land in Mountain Falls Park to Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County. The proceeds from an eventual sale will aid in the purchase of other lots or building materials.

“We very much appreciate Dan Ryan Builders commitment to Habitat for Humanity in its effort to provide affordable housing to families in need,” commented Habitat Board President, Dave Shore.

Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County is dedicated to building decent, affordable housing in partnership with those in need in Winchester area. Since 1997, Habitat of Winchester-Frederick County has helped to house 31 families and has plans to construct an additional 5 houses by June 2008.

“We are thrilled to be able to support such a worthwhile program. This is just one way we put into action our mission of making the dream of home ownership a reality for as many as possible,” stated, Washington North Division President Ken Gardner.
